There are two possible solutions to your question:
Solution 1:
Your Deutschlandticket will not be activated until 3 a.m. on the 1st of the month, even if you have purchased it before then. Once payment has been successfully received, you can use your Deutschlandticket via the following applications
1. via our app: download here
2. or display your ticket on your cell phone without the app (open link on smartphone)
Solution 2:
You have probably logged into our app with the wrong account (happens very often!).
- you have accidentally purchased a ticket valid for this month with a different e-mail from yours
- please click on this link and check the email that is displayed there. You can also change the email directly here (click on "Change email").
- if this does not work: Please check the email to which we sent the order confirmation (check your spam!). You must also use this email to log in.
- please log out of the app with your current email and then log back in with the correct email. You should now see your ticket.
