Wrong name on the ticket? How do I change my name on the ticket?

App: How to change your name / date of birth on your ticket in the TicketPlus+ app:

1. open our app https://www.ticket-plus.app/en/deutschlandticket-app-download
2. click on ‘’Profile‘’ --> click on your name ‘’Edit profile"’
3. now you can enter your real name and/or date of birth
4. then click on ‘’Save change‘’.
5. the change will only be visible on your Deutschlandticket after about 5 minutes. Please be patient!

Web: How to change your date of birth in 3 steps:

1. log in to your account here: https://www.ticket-plus.app/en/my-account/edit-account . Use Apple Login, Google Login or simply e-mail login. No password required. Use the email we sent the purchase confirmation to.
2. change date of birth: Now go to ‘’Account details‘’ in your account and enter your date of birth.
3. save: Click on ‘Save changes’. That's it.

Please note: You can only change your name and date of birth once. Your old ticket will immediately become invalid, the old QR code will display an error code to the ticket inspector and you will be penalised. Only the new ticket with the changed name / date of birth is valid immediately.
