How can I change my personal details on my ticket?

You can easily change your personal details in the app under ‘’Profile‘’ or in your customer account under ‘’Account details‘’ (https://www.ticket-plus.app/en/my-account/edit-account/). It takes up to 5 minutes for the change to take effect on your current ticket.

Please note: the change is only possible once and then never again. Your ticket with the old name or date of birth will become invalid immediately. So be especially careful before you change your name or date of birth.
