Incorrect name: How can I change my personal details (name + date of birth) on my ticket?

How to Change Your Personal Details (One-Time Only)

  1. Access your profile: Open the app and navigate to the 'Profile' section, or if you're on a computer, go to your  'Account details'.

  2. Edit your information: Carefully update the personal details you wish to change (name or date of birth).

  3. Review and confirm: Double-check the accuracy of your new information. Remember, this change is permanent and your existing ticket will be invalidated if the name or date of birth is altered.

  4. Submit the changes: Once you're absolutely certain the information is correct, submit the update. The change will take effect within 5 minutes.

Please note: the change is only possible once and then never again. Your ticket with the old name or date of birth will immediately become invalid. So be especially careful before you change the name or date of birth.
