I'm logged in to the app but can't see my ticket?

Common cause:

  1. You are probably logged in with the wrong email address. This often happens when you have paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay. A different email is often stored there, such as your Google login or Apple login.
  2. Please check which email we sent you the confirmation to after your purchase. This is also the email you need to use to log in.
  3. Log out and log back in with the correct email. 

Or display your ticket on your mobile phone without the app (open link on smartphone)

  1. Apple Wallet
  2. Google Wallet
