I'm logged in to the app but can't see my ticket? Where is my ticket?

1. you are logged in with the wrong account.
2. you have a valid ticket for this month on a different email.
3. please check the email to which we sent the order confirmation. This is the email you need to use to log in.
4. please log out and back in with this email.

Where can I see my ticket?

1. with our app: https://www.ticket-plus.app/deutschlandticket-app-download/
2. or without the app on your mobile phone (open link on smartphone)
a. Apple Wallet: https://ticket-plus.app/apple-wallet
b. Google Wallet: https://ticket-plus.app/google-wallet
