How can I pause my Deutschland-Ticket?

Your ticket is always valid from the first to the last day of the selected month. You can easily pause one or more months up to 24 hours before the end of the month using the pause button in our app. A pause can last as long as you like and can be cancelled at any time during the current month with immediate effect. So you can decide at any time when you want to reactivate your subscription. It does not reactivate itself.
