How can I manage my ticket subscription (pause, cancel) and what are the deadlines?

You can easily manage your ticket subscription yourself at any time in the TicketPlus+ app or in our web app under "My Subscription".

Your ticket is always valid for a full calendar month (from the first to the last day) and renews automatically unless you cancel or pause it. Here are the details for both options:

1. Cancelling your subscription

  • Deadline: The cancellation must be completed by the 10th of a month to be effective at the end of that same month.

2. Pausing your subscription

  • Deadline: Pausing is more flexible and is possible for the following month up to 24 hours before the end of the current month.
  • Exception for your first month: If you bought your ticket in your first month on or after the 10th, it is unfortunately not possible to pause for the immediately following month due to tariff regulations.
  • Benefit of pausing: A pause can last as long as you like and saves you the hassle of a cumbersome cancellation and subsequent repurchase. Your subscription does not reactivate by itself—you are in full control.

Problem with pausing or cancelling?
If you can't manage your subscription in the app as desired, it's usually for one of the following two reasons:

  1. You have an outstanding payment: If a payment has failed, further actions like cancellation or pausing are often blocked in the system until the amount is settled.
  2. A deadline or special rule applies: You are trying to perform an action (e.g., cancelling after the 10th or pausing after purchasing on/after the 10th in your first month) that is not possible for the following month according to the current rules.
