Cancellation: I would like to cancel or revoke my ticket?

Unfortunately, our hands are tied under collective bargaining law when it comes to cancellation if a ticket has already been issued:

As the Deutschlandticket subscription is a distance contract for the transport of passengers, the statutory right of cancellation pursuant to Section 312 (8) BGB does not apply. There is therefore no right of cancellation from the time the ticket is issued.

Unfortunately, it is only possible to cancel for the following month. Cancellations in accordance with German tariff law are possible until the 10th of a month for the following month (e.g. until 10 November for December).
