How and until when can I pause my ticket?

As a rule, you can pause your TicketPlus+ subscription for the following month at any time, up to 24 hours before the end of the current month. Pausing is free of charge, and you can do it directly in your customer account under "My Subscription". Your ticket for the current month will always remain fully valid until the last day of the month, even if you activate the pause earlier.

Important exception for your first month
Please note an important restriction that applies exclusively to the first month of your subscription. Due to German tariff regulations, which are unfortunately outside our control, your ability to pause in the first month depends on your purchase date:

• Purchase before the 10th of the month: You can pause your ticket for the following month as usual.
  
• Purchase on or after the 10th of the month: In this case, it is unfortunately not possible to pause for the immediately following month. Your subscription will be mandatorily extended by one month before you can use the pause function flexibly again.

Duration of the Pause
A pause can last as long as you like - your subscription won't reactivate by itself. You are in full control. When you want to use your subscription again, you can end the pause at any time and reactivate it immediately.
