Can I subscribe again, even if I have cancelled?

Yes, of course! If you have cancelled your subscription, you can always take out a new one with us.

To do so, simply go through the regular purchase process in the TicketPlus+ app again. Please note that you will have to re-enter your payment details, as we delete them for data protection reasons after a cancellation.


Our tip for the future: The pause function is easier!

If you know that you only won't need your ticket for a certain period, we recommend using the pause function instead of cancelling. This has significant advantages for you:

  • No need to re-enter data: Your payment details remain securely stored with us.
  • No complete repurchase: You don't have to go through the entire purchase process again.
  • Maximum flexibility: With just one click in the app, you can reactivate your subscription immediately as soon as you need it.
