When does my order become a paid subscription?

With us, you can easily pause your Deutschlandticket up to 24 hours before the end of the month. The first month after purchase is excluded. To pause, either click on the pause button in our app (Google Play Store | Apple Store) or log into your online account (https://www.ticket-plus.app/my-account/) and click on the pause button here.

Technically, the pause button works in such a way that we cancel your subscription every month and re-cancel it for you if you continue your subscription. This is the only way we can comply with German tariff law and offer this long overdue function in a legally compliant manner.
