If the app is not behaving as expected (e.g., you can't pause, or details won't load), it's often an issue with the connection or the app version. Please try these steps first:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Most app functions (like pausing or editing your profile) require a stable internet connection. Only displaying a loaded ticket works offline.

  2. Update the App: Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and check if there is an update for the TicketPlus+ app. Please install it.

  3. Log Out and Back In: Sometimes, a fresh login fixes the issue. Log out of the app completely and log back in.
