Payment failed: What should I do if my ticket is invalid due to a payment error?

Unfortunately, you have not purchased a valid Germany Ticket because your payment failed.

Why is that?

1. too little money on the credit card (the number 1 reason)
2. transaction not confirmed in the banking app

What do I have to do now?

1. please check whether your credit on the card is sufficient. If necessary, transfer money to your credit card.
2. confirm the transaction: You must authorise this payment in your banking app (e.g. Sparkasse) within 5 minutes of the purchase. Otherwise the payment will fail.
3. go to ‘My subscription’ in your account: https://www.ticket-plus.app/en/my-account/subscriptions/
4. scroll down and click on the ‘Pay now’ button in the ‘Related order’ section
5. now add a new valid payment method
6. the money will now be debited automatically and you have a valid ticket ✅.
