Unfortunately, you can't change your stored payment method directly. However, there are two ways to add a new credit card for your Deutschlandticket subscription:
1. Add a new card after a failed payment
If a payment ever doesn't go through (e.g., because your card expired or your account isn't covered), we'll send you an email. This email will have a link that lets you easily complete the payment with a new credit card. Once that's successful, this new card will automatically be saved for your subscription.
2. Pay for the next month in advance
If you don't want to wait for a failed payment, we can create an unpaid ticket for the next month for you upon request. You can then use this ticket to make the payment with your new credit card. After a successful payment, this new card will be stored as your primary payment method for your subscription. Just get in touch with us for this option! Go to Contact Form
