You can redeem all your benefits directly in the TicketPlus+ app under the "Mobility+" tab. The process and rules differ depending on the voucher type:

1. Redeeming "Exclusive Vouchers" (Mobility): These benefits (e.g., Lime, Miles, Bolt) are tied to your active Deutschlandticket subscription.

• Rule: You can select one of these vouchers per calendar month.

• Steps:

  1. Go to the "Mobility+" tab and choose your preferred partner in the "Exclusive Vouchers" section.

  2. Confirm your selection for this month (this choice is final).

  3. Copy the displayed code.

  4. Paste the code into the respective mobility partner's app.

2. Redeeming "Instant Vouchers" (Lifestyle & Shopping): These benefits (e.g., Zalando, DEER, SIRPLUS) are always available to you, even if your subscription is paused.

• Rule: You can use as many of these vouchers as you like, any time.

• Steps:

  1. Go to the "Mobility+" tab and select a partner in the "Instant Vouchers" section.
