Monthly Vouchers can only be redeemed in our TicketPlus+ app and will not be sent by email! You can simply select your vouchers in the TicketPlus+ app under the Mobility+ symbol and copy them to the partner app of the respective provider. You can only redeem one voucher per month.
4 steps to your voucher code:
1. download the TicketPlus+ app
2. log in with the email you used to buy your Deutschlandticket
3. go to the ‘Mobility+’ tab and click on ‘Redeem’
4. your personal voucher code will now appear. Copy this code.
5. go to the respective partner app (you must have installed it separately) and redeem your code in the app (menu -> ‘Vouchers’ or ‘Promos’ or ‘Vouchers’)
